  • What is the payment procedure for the photoshoot?

    Orders are accepted only with full payment made before the tournament begins or no later than 30 minutes before the gymnast's performance on the tournament day

  • What are the delivery times for the finished photos?

    For one performance: up to 20 days.​

    For two performances: up to 30 days.​

    All delivery times start from the day after the tournament ends.

  • How will I receive the finished photos?

    The completed photos will be uploaded to a cloud storage, and a link will be sent to your email address. Please ensure you enter accurate information during payment.

  • Can I order individual photos separately?

    No, ordering individual photos separately is not available.​

  • Can I preview the photos before making a payment?

    Previews of photos before payment are not provided

  • Is a refund possible?

    Refunds are only possible in the event of a performance cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment, excluding payment system commissions.​

  • What should I do if the delivery time has passed and I haven't received my photos?

    If the delivery time has passed and you haven't received your photos, please contact us via email at hello@muzychenko.photos.​
