All copyrights to photographs and videos published or created in the course of professional activity belong to their author — Mariya Muzychenko. All exclusive economic and moral rights are protected under the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights" and other international legal instruments in this field.

5. Violations and Liability

Any unauthorized use of content is considered a violation of copyright. The author reserves the right to appeal to competent authorities or courts and to seek compensation for damages, lost profits, and emotional distress, as provided by Ukrainian law and international private law norms.

6. Name Disclaimer

The names "Марія Музиченко" (in Ukrainian) and "Mariya Muzychenko" (in English) are registered and widely recognized professional pseudonyms used in the context of photography and media work.

All rights to the above pseudonym, this website, its structure, content, public communications, business correspondence, and visual style belong to Mariya Oleksandrivna Burtova — a sole proprietor and citizen of Ukraine, lawfully conducting business activities in Ukraine. All inquiries, bookings, payments, and service-related legal relationships are made exclusively with her.

Any use of the above-mentioned pseudonym in commercial or unauthorized contexts without prior written consent will be treated as an infringement of personal non-property rights and may be subject to separate legal action.
